Mission Statement
The Lutheran Towers’ Board of Directors and staff, believing in the mission and ministry of Lutheran Towers,
offer this statement as its promise and commitment to the resident’s which it serves:
Lutheran Towers is a faith-based, wellness-oriented not for profit
community for low to moderate income seniors promoting safe
and secure housing in a caring and professional environment.
Facilities
Lutheran Towers is a 15-story highrise with 20
5 apartments. One-bedroom units are 450 sq ft. Studio units are 375 sq ft. Rents may be subsidized through a program offered by H.U.D. and include all utilities, full kitchens, full baths (shower), walk-in closets, designated parking for residents, and individually operated heating and air conditioning units.
The office is staffed 24 hours a day, and the apartments are equipped with emergency alarm systems and fire sprinklers. Full laundry facilities and a beauty shop are in the building and a cafeteria next door offers lunch for Towers' residents. No entry fee or long-term lease is required.
Lutheran Towers is a smoke-free facility. 
Eligibility
Lutheran Towers offers apartments for seniors age 62 or over. For married couples, one of the partners must be 62 or over. Residents must be able to manage independently and to meet all eligibility requirements for a H.U.D. Section 202/236 program. Lutheran Towers is an equal housing opportunity facility. The goal of the Towers is to provide safe, secure, comfortable housing in an active community setting. The Towers puts an emphasis on programming and services designed to keep residents busy, but still offers quiet, private apartment living that encourages independence.
